Healthy Pregnancy Thrive Package
This Wellness Package offers 10 - 1 Hour Pregnancy Massage Sessions to help your feel good, sleep better and thrive as you develop a deep connection with your baby.
Sessions may be used at your discretion usually beginning during the 2nd trimester and continued to the birth of your baby.
Suggested Scheduling:
One session per month beginning week 17.
Two sessions per month beginning week 29.
One session per week beginning week 36.
Each session is custom designed to address your individual needs as they change throughout the pregnancy. Learn yoga poses and stretches to keep you comfortable as your body changes. Learn the secret to comfortable side-lying sleeping and dietary suggestions to keep you at optimal health throughout the birthing year and beyond.
